Experience
In my 13 years in the IT business, I held a variety of positions, focusing on advancing architecture strategies and leading teams to successful delivery of business solutions. I have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful architectures for complex programmes with multi-million $ IT budgets and leading large IT teams.
In my role as team lead I believe in leadership by example and staying ahead of technological changes through extensive self-study and through fostering my contacts in the ICT community. I am well versed in customer relations and team communication as I am used to work with clients in different industries like airlines, aviation, telecommunication, banking and supply chain management.
I excel at converting business goals into successful technical strategies and designs and am good at explaining the benefits of IT investments to executive managers. I am experienced in structured project delivery methodologies and adept at defining successful approaches to bring the desired change to the organisation.
